Shipping policy

1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns/Exchanges)
  • All sales are final: Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a special clearance event cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Exceptions: The only exceptions to this policy are if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

2. Processing Times
  • Orders are processed within  1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Methods
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
